PRIVACY POLICY

Effective: 04/11/2023 | Updated: 08/28/2026

1. Who we are and who operates this website

This website, choosedelicious.com (the “Site”), represents a business, organization, healthcare provider, professional practice, or other entity (the “Website Owner”).

The Site is operated, hosted, maintained, and supported on behalf of the Website Owner by Professional Internet Marketing Management LLC (PIMM-USA) (“PIMM-USA”), a website technology and digital marketing services provider.

PIMM-USA provides services that may include website hosting and infrastructure, security, website analytics, form processing, technical support, content delivery, marketing attribution, and other technology services used to operate and maintain the Site.

PIMM-USA processes website information on behalf of the Website Owner to operate, secure, analyze, maintain, and improve the Site and to provide the Website Owner with information about traffic, activity, form submissions, website performance, and marketing effectiveness associated with its own Site.

PIMM-USA also operates the first-party analytics and tracking systems described in this policy. Information collected through those systems is used for website operation, analytics, security, technical optimization, attribution, and reporting to the Website Owner. PIMM-USA does not sell this first-party analytics information or provide it to outside entities for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

PIMM-USA is not the business, professional practice, healthcare provider, or other service provider whose services are described on the Site. The Website Owner remains responsible for the products or services it provides and for its own use and handling of information after that information is delivered to or accessed by the Website Owner.

Some websites operated by PIMM-USA may belong to healthcare providers or other organizations subject to healthcare privacy laws. Where applicable, this Website Privacy Policy does not replace any HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices or other privacy notice that separately governs protected health information or other regulated information.

This policy explains how information is collected through the Site, how it is used and retained, how tracking technologies operate, and what privacy choices may be available to visitors.

2. What we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide through the Site, including, depending on the Site and the form being used:

Providing information through the Site is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide information requested through a form, the Website Owner may be unable to respond to your inquiry, process a request, or provide the requested service.

Information submitted through website forms is received and stored in systems managed by PIMM-USA on behalf of the Website Owner.

PIMM-USA maintains original submitted form content in a secure database for up to 30 days. During that period, authorized users of the Website Owner may access the submission through the PIMM-USA client portal.

Form information may also be transmitted to an email address designated by the Website Owner. Email delivery is an additional delivery method and does not replace temporary storage of the submission within PIMM-USA's systems.

PIMM-USA may also process submitted form information within its private internal systems for purposes such as spam detection, security review, classification, and other website operations.

On websites that collect health-related, financial, legal, or other sensitive information, the information submitted may be subject to additional privacy or security requirements depending on the nature of the information and applicable law.

Retained form submission records

After the original form content is removed, PIMM-USA may retain limited information associated with the submission, including:

Authorized users of the Website Owner may create notes or status information associated with a form submission within the PIMM-USA client portal.

These notes are created by the Website Owner or its authorized personnel and may be retained beyond the 30-day retention period that applies to the original submitted form content. They may be retained where needed for the Website Owner's own business, operational, legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping purposes.

Because these notes are created by the Website Owner, they may contain personal, service-related, or other sensitive information depending on what the Website Owner chooses to record.

Hashed contact information may be used to determine whether a later transaction, billed service, sale, appointment, or other business outcome reported through an approved integration corresponds to a prior website form submission.

PIMM-USA may receive limited information through such an integration, including contact information, the applicable service or transaction, and the value associated with that activity. PIMM-USA generates a matching hash from the received contact information and compares it with the retained hashed value associated with the earlier form submission.

This allows the Website Owner and PIMM-USA to measure website attribution and return on investment without retaining the original contact information or original form content for long-term matching purposes.

The retained hash is used as a matching value and does not contain the original contact information in readable form.

Information collected during website sessions

PIMM-USA operates a first-party website analytics system on the Site. Limited first-party analytics operate during website visits even when a visitor has not consented to persistent tracking.

A temporary unique session identifier is created for the browsing session and stored using the browser's session storage. This identifier is used only for the current browsing session and does not persist as a visitor identifier for later sessions.

Information that may be associated with a session includes:

Tracking consent status may indicate that tracking was allowed, explicitly denied, or that the visitor had not provided a response.

Full IP addresses are retained for up to 30 days. When session analytics are subsequently archived for long-term analysis, the full IP address is removed.

First-party functionality and content selection

The Site may use first-party cookies and browser storage technologies for website functionality, internal attribution, content selection, and personalization.

First-party source and campaign values may be used to determine which content, page variation, or design is displayed to a visitor. These technologies may be used to:

For example, a first-party source value indicating that a visitor arrived through a particular advertising campaign may be used both to measure that campaign internally and to display content appropriate to that campaign.

These are PIMM-USA-operated first-party technologies. The source and campaign information stored through them is not provided to Google, advertising networks, data brokers, or other outside entities for their independent tracking, advertising, or marketing purposes.

These first-party technologies may operate even when consent-dependent tracking has not been permitted because they are used for website functionality, content selection, internal attribution, and related website operations.

Disabling first-party cookies or browser storage through browser settings may affect content personalization, campaign-specific content, A/B testing, or other Site functionality.

If you consent to tracking through the Site's tracking controls, PIMM-USA may set a persistent first-party visitor identifier and tracking cookie.

The persistent visitor tracking cookie expires 180 days from the date consent is provided. Its expiration period is not extended merely because the visitor returns to the Site.

During this period, the visitor identifier may be used to recognize repeat visits and associate website activity across multiple sessions.

When consent-based tracking is active, the first-party analytics system may also:

If the consent cookie expires, future activity is treated as having no active tracking consent unless consent is provided again.

Sensitive information

Depending on the nature of the Site, browsing activity or information submitted through forms may reveal interests or information relating to health, finances, legal matters, professional services, or other potentially sensitive subjects.

PIMM-USA's first-party analytics system may collect page-level activity as described above for internal website analytics, technical optimization, security, attribution, and reporting to the Website Owner.

Information collected through PIMM-USA's first-party analytics system is not sold or provided to advertising networks or data brokers for their independent use.

Where the Website Owner is a healthcare provider or another regulated organization, whether particular website information is subject to HIPAA or another privacy law depends on the information involved, the context in which it is collected, and applicable law.

3. How we use information

Information collected through the Site may be used to:

PIMM-USA does not use its first-party website analytics information for independent advertising to visitors and does not sell that information to third parties.

4. How information is handled and who may receive it

Website Owner and PIMM-USA

The Website Owner receives information necessary to operate its business and respond to visitor requests, as well as traffic and performance information concerning its own Site.

PIMM-USA processes information as the technology provider responsible for operating, securing, maintaining, and analyzing the Site on behalf of the Website Owner.

Access to information maintained within PIMM-USA systems is limited to authorized PIMM-USA personnel and authorized Website Owner users who require access for legitimate operational, support, security, business, or service-related purposes.

Hosting and infrastructure providers

PIMM-USA uses hosting, infrastructure, and other technology providers to operate its systems.

Where a Site handles healthcare-related or other regulated information, PIMM-USA may use infrastructure and security controls appropriate to the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Website forms and email delivery

Information submitted through website forms is stored in systems managed by PIMM-USA.

Form information may temporarily pass through website hosting, processing, and mail systems as part of the submission and delivery process.

Information transmitted between a visitor's browser and the Site is protected using encrypted HTTPS/SSL/TLS connections.

Form information transmitted from PIMM-USA systems by email is protected using TLS encryption during transmission where supported by the receiving mail system.

Form submissions are delivered to an email address designated by the Website Owner.

The Website Owner is responsible for selecting, configuring, securing, and managing its destination email account and for determining whether its email systems and internal handling practices meet the legal, regulatory, and security requirements applicable to its organization.

After a form submission has been delivered to the Website Owner's designated email system, PIMM-USA does not control how that information is subsequently accessed, stored, retained, used, or transmitted by the Website Owner.

Internal automated and AI-assisted processing

Form submissions and other website information may be processed within PIMM-USA's private internal systems for purposes such as spam detection, security, classification, and other website operations.

This processing may include locally operated artificial intelligence systems. These systems operate within PIMM-USA's controlled network and are not permitted to transmit submitted information to outside AI providers or other external systems.

ROI and attribution integrations

For some Website Owners, PIMM-USA may receive limited information from an approved third-party integration connected to the Website Owner's CRM, billing, practice-management, sales, or similar business system.

The information received may include:

PIMM-USA uses the contact information to generate a deterministic hash and compare it with a previously retained hashed value associated with an earlier website form submission.

This matching process is used to determine whether a transaction or service can be attributed to a prior website inquiry or form submission, allowing PIMM-USA and the Website Owner to measure website performance, attribution, and return on investment.

The matching process is designed so that PIMM-USA does not need to retain the original form content or readable contact information for long-term attribution purposes.

Google Analytics

The Site may use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode.

Before tracking consent is provided, Google Analytics operates in a limited cookieless mode. Consent signals for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are set to denied.

In this state, Google Analytics does not set or read analytics or advertising cookies through our consent implementation, although limited cookieless measurement signals may be transmitted to Google for measurement and modeling purposes.

If tracking consent is provided, Google Analytics may use cookies and collect additional measurement information in accordance with the consent granted.

For some Website Owners, Google Analytics may also be connected to Google advertising services such as Google Ads for campaign measurement, attribution, and advertising performance analysis. Not every Website Owner uses advertising services or advertising integrations.

Other third-party services

Depending on the Site, approved third-party services may include:

Consent-dependent third-party services are blocked by default. If a visitor does not make a tracking choice, these services remain blocked.

If a visitor provides tracking consent, approved third-party services may then be permitted to load and operate. Some services may become available immediately after consent, while others may become available on a subsequent page view.

Third-party services that have not been specifically approved remain blocked by default.

Information processed directly by a third-party service after consent may also be subject to that provider's own privacy practices and terms.

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, legal process, or lawful governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of the Website Owner, PIMM-USA, visitors, or others.

Business transfers

Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving the Website Owner or the applicable technology operations, subject to applicable legal requirements.

5. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you reside and the laws applicable to the Website Owner, you may have rights concerning personal information collected through the Site.

These may include rights to:

These rights are subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.

Where the identity or direct contact information of the Website Owner is available through the Site, privacy requests concerning information maintained by the Website Owner should be submitted using that available contact information.

PIMM-USA may assist the Website Owner in responding to requests concerning information maintained in systems PIMM-USA operates on the Website Owner's behalf.

Where information is subject to a specialized privacy law, additional rights or procedures may apply.

California residents

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, where those laws apply, including rights to know, access, correct, and delete certain personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

California residents may also have the right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information and to use an authorized agent to make certain requests.

Residents of other states

Residents of other states may have similar or additional privacy rights under applicable state law, including rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or profiling.

Where applicable, visitors may also have a right to appeal certain decisions concerning privacy requests.

Global Privacy Control

We recognize and honor supported Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals.

When a GPC signal is detected, our systems treat the browser as though the visitor selected “Deny” through the Site's tracking controls.

Consent-dependent third-party trackers and services are blocked, and consent-dependent persistent visitor tracking is not enabled.

Certain first-party technologies may continue to operate where they are used for website functionality, security, limited session analytics, content selection, campaign-specific content, A/B testing, or similar internal purposes.

Information collected through these first-party systems is not provided to outside entities for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

Because some third-party features depend on technologies that are blocked when tracking is denied, enabling GPC may affect the availability or operation of some Site features.

6. Tracking technologies and consent

The Site uses a tracking consent banner. It is not simply a cookie-category preference tool.

Consent-dependent third-party tracking and third-party services are blocked by default.

If you do not make a tracking choice, those third-party services remain blocked. In that default state, only the first-party technologies described in this policy and limited cookieless Google Analytics signals described below may continue to operate.

If you explicitly deny tracking, the same consent-dependent third-party services remain blocked.

If you provide tracking consent, approved third-party analytics tools, advertising technologies, embedded services, and other consent-dependent third-party functionality may then be permitted to load and operate.

The Site does not divide consent into separate functional, analytics, and advertising cookie categories. Instead, visitors make a single choice to allow or deny consent-dependent tracking and third-party functionality.

PIMM-USA's first-party technologies operate separately from that choice. These may include limited session analytics, security and operational technologies, first-party source and campaign cookies used for content selection and attribution, and other first-party functionality described in this policy.

Consent may also enable additional first-party tracking, including the persistent visitor identifier described in Section 2.

If you have not consented to tracking

Before tracking consent is provided:

Google Analytics may operate only in its limited cookieless Consent Mode state as described in Section 4. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied before consent.

If you allow tracking:

PIMM-USA uses both browser-based controls and server-side security policies to prevent unapproved third-party tracking technologies from operating.

Some approved third-party technologies may become available immediately after consent is granted. Other services may not become available until a subsequent page view.

Third-party technologies that have not been specifically approved remain blocked by default.

First-party cookies and browser storage

Some first-party cookies and browser storage technologies may be used regardless of tracking consent when they are used within PIMM-USA's own systems for website functionality, content selection, campaign-specific content, A/B testing, limited session analytics, or similar internal purposes.

A first-party cookie may contain source or campaign information even when the source refers to an advertising platform.

For example, a source indicating that a visitor arrived from an advertising campaign may be used internally to display the appropriate version of Site content and to measure that campaign.

The presence of an advertising source in such a cookie does not mean that the cookie is operated by or transmitted to that advertising provider.

PIMM-USA's first-party source and campaign cookies are used within its own systems and are not provided to outside advertising platforms for their independent use.

7. Sale, sharing, and advertising-related use

PIMM-USA does not sell information collected through its first-party website analytics system.

PIMM-USA also does not provide its first-party visitor identifiers, first-party source and campaign cookie values, or first-party website analytics records to advertising networks, data brokers, or other outside entities for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

Depending on the Website Owner and the configuration of the Site, approved third-party advertising, analytics, or conversion-measurement services may be enabled after the visitor provides tracking consent. These services may process information for purposes such as campaign measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, advertising performance analysis, or related advertising functions.

Not every Website Owner uses advertising services, and the third-party services enabled on one Site may differ from those enabled on another.

Under some privacy laws, certain disclosures to advertising or analytics providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or similar activity even when no money is exchanged for the information.

Consent-dependent third-party advertising and tracking services are blocked by default.

If a visitor does not make a tracking choice, those third-party services remain blocked and only the first-party technologies described in this policy and limited cookieless measurement described above may continue to operate.

If a visitor explicitly denies tracking, consent-dependent third-party advertising and tracking services remain blocked.

If a visitor provides tracking consent, approved third-party services may then be permitted to load and operate in accordance with the Site's tracking controls.

Supported Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a denial of consent-dependent tracking as described in Section 5.

PIMM-USA's first-party analytics data is used for website operation, analytics, security, technical optimization, attribution, and reporting to the applicable Website Owner. It is not sold or provided to outside entities for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information according to the nature of the information and the purposes for which it is used.

Form submission content

Original website form submission content stored within systems managed by PIMM-USA is retained for up to 30 days.

After that period, the original submitted form fields and message content are removed from PIMM-USA's systems.

Submission metadata and records

PIMM-USA may retain limited information associated with a form submission after the original form content has been removed. This may include:

Client-created notes may be retained beyond the 30-day form-content retention period where needed for the Website Owner's own business, operational, legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping purposes.

Hashed contact information may also be retained for longer-term matching with approved CRM, billing, sales, practice-management, or attribution integrations. The hash is used as a matching value and does not contain the original contact information in readable form.

IP addresses

Full IP addresses associated with PIMM-USA's website analytics are retained for up to 30 days for purposes including:

When analytics records are archived after that period, the full IP address is removed.

Session analytics

Historical first-party session analytics may be retained without a fixed expiration period for long-term website analysis, performance comparison, technical optimization, traffic reporting, attribution, and aggregate consent analysis.

These archived records may include page activity, interaction data, timestamps, referral and campaign information, and the tracking consent status that applied when activity was recorded.

Tracking consent status may indicate that tracking was allowed, explicitly denied, or that no response had been provided.

Persistent visitor tracking

When tracking consent is provided, the first-party persistent visitor tracking cookie expires 180 days from the date consent is granted.

Expiration of the browser cookie does not necessarily delete historical analytics records previously associated with that identifier.

Security

PIMM-USA uses technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect information handled through its systems.

These safeguards include:

Where PIMM-USA operates websites for healthcare providers or other regulated organizations, additional safeguards or infrastructure may be used as appropriate to the information being handled and applicable legal requirements.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Additional information

Healthcare and other regulated information

Most websites operated by PIMM-USA are not healthcare websites. However, PIMM-USA may provide website technology services to healthcare providers or other organizations subject to specialized privacy or security laws.

Where the Website Owner is subject to HIPAA, certain information collected through the Site may be governed by HIPAA and the Website Owner's Notice of Privacy Practices.

A website privacy policy, tracking choice, or tracking consent is not a substitute for any authorization or other legal requirement that may apply under HIPAA or another privacy law.

Other Website Owners may also be subject to industry-specific or state-specific privacy requirements depending on the services they provide and the information they collect.

Children and minors

The intended audience for the Site depends on the services offered by the Website Owner.

Where the Website Owner provides services to children or minors, information may be submitted by a parent, guardian, authorized representative, or, where permitted by applicable law and the Website Owner's practices, by the minor directly.

The Website Owner and PIMM-USA do not knowingly use website tracking technologies for the purpose of selling children's personal information or targeting children based on sensitive information.

If you believe personal information concerning a child or minor has been submitted through the Site inappropriately, please contact the Website Owner using contact information available elsewhere on the Site.

The Site may contain links to websites or services that are not operated by the Website Owner or PIMM-USA, such as payment services, customer portals, professional resources, social networks, scheduling services, or other external websites.

Following a link to an external website is different from using an embedded third-party service on the Site. Once you leave the Site, the privacy practices of the external website or service apply.

We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of independently operated third-party websites.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in website functionality, privacy practices, technology, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently updated. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site where appropriate.

10. Privacy questions and requests

Where the identity or contact information of the business, organization, professional practice, healthcare provider, or other entity represented by the Site is available elsewhere on the Site, questions or requests concerning that entity or personal information collected through the Site should be directed using that available contact information.

Professional Internet Marketing Management LLC (PIMM-USA) operates the Site and its associated technology systems on behalf of the Website Owner. Where appropriate, the Website Owner may work with PIMM-USA to investigate or respond to requests involving information maintained within those systems.

Where the Website Owner is subject to HIPAA or another specialized privacy law, additional privacy rights, notices, or complaint procedures may apply.

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may also have the right to contact your state Attorney General or other applicable privacy regulator.
